We strive to accurately display our outdoor gear and apparel, including jackets, accessories, footwear, and travel items. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will precisely match product colors or that all descriptions are error-free.

2.2 Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you and either cancel the order or discuss alternatives.

2.3 Specialized Gear

Certain products like cleats, bibs & overalls, and sets & onesies have specific hygiene requirements that affect return eligibility (see Section 6).

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept by processing your payment and shipping the goods. We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, though this won’t affect confirmed orders. Prices exclude applicable taxes and duties for international orders.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You represent that your payment information is accurate and that you’re authorized to use the payment method.

3.4 Order Verification

For fraud prevention, we may request additional verification before processing certain orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after shipment)

4.2 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and compliance with local regulations.

4.3 Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue but cannot guarantee delivery times.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To qualify:

• Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags attached
• Must include original packaging and all accessories
• Must include proof of purchase

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned for hygiene/safety reasons:

• Cleats
• Bibs & Overalls with removed hygiene tags
• Sets & Onesies if any part was worn
• Items marked “Final Sale”

5.3 Return Process

2. Pack items securely in original packaging

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return results from our error.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

If you create an account, you’re responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and restricting access to your devices.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Life Style Sales shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use
• Issues beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
• Improper use or care of our products
• Third-party actions affecting your order

Our maximum liability for any claim related to our products is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question.
