We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping (via DHL or FedEx):
- Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
- Flat rate of $12.95
- Best for faster delivery needs
Free Shipping (via EMS):
- Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment
- Free on orders over $50
- Economical option for non-urgent deliveries
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. These charges vary by country and are not included in your order total.
Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached
- Must include original packaging with all accessories
- Must be accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and quality of specialized gear, the following items cannot be returned:
- Cleats (due to hygiene reasons)
- Bibs & Overalls (if the hygiene tags have been removed)
- Sets & Onesies (if any part of the set has been worn)
- Any item marked as “Final Sale”
How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

- Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
