Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition with tags attached
  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and quality of specialized gear, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Cleats (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Bibs & Overalls (if the hygiene tags have been removed)
  • Sets & Onesies (if any part of the set has been worn)
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale”

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Prepare Your Package
    Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Include all tags and accessories.
  3. Ship Your Return

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error

For our global adventurers outside the U.S.:

  • Customs fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility
